Acceptable Use Policy

Reviews and public submissions

Reviews, business claims, enquiries, and other submissions must be genuine and based on real information. You must not submit content that is knowingly false, manipulative, or intended to damage trust unfairly.

Account and access misuse

You must not try to access another user’s account, bypass security checks, automate restricted actions, or use false identity details to gain access to features that are not available to you.

Automated abuse and bot activity

Public forms and account-related actions may be protected by technical checks designed to reduce automated misuse. Attempts to bypass those protections or flood the platform with automated traffic are not allowed.

External links and unsafe content

You must not submit website addresses or calls to action that are deceptive, malicious, unlawful, or unsafe for users. Submitted links may be checked, normalized, restricted, or refused where needed to protect the platform.

What may happen if these rules are broken

If this policy is broken, the platform may limit, reject, moderate, remove, suspend, or block relevant content, forms, accounts, claims, reviews, or business tools where necessary.

Serious or repeated misuse may lead to longer restrictions or other protective action.
