Premium and Billing Policy

This page explains how premium features, paid plans, recurring billing, and related access rules may work on Bizn.

Purpose of premium plans

Premium plans are intended to provide additional business tools, workflow features, and other operational benefits where offered. A premium plan does not buy review truth, moderation outcomes, or false public trust.

What premium may include

Depending on the plan and the current product setup, premium access may include tools such as:

  • lead tools and enquiry workflow features
  • custom calls to action or stronger profile controls
  • business workflow or response tools
  • additional owner features linked to claimed profiles

Available features may change over time as the service develops.

What premium does not change

Paying for premium access does not guarantee or override:

  • public review truth
  • moderation decisions
  • public rating accuracy
  • approval of ownership claims
  • automatic public preference over non-paying businesses unless clearly stated and labelled

Claimed access and premium access are separate

Claiming a business profile and paying for premium access are separate matters. A business may be claimed without being on a paid plan, and a claim may be required before certain owner tools can be used.

Billing and renewal

If a paid plan is offered, billing may be charged on a recurring basis or another plan basis shown at the time of purchase. Payment timing, currency, and billing interval will depend on the selected plan and the live checkout flow.

Changes, cancellation, and expiry

Premium access may end, change, renew, or be cancelled based on the live subscription status for that business. If a premium feature expires or is cancelled, access to premium-only tools may be reduced accordingly.

Failed payments or provider issues

Access to premium features may be affected if a payment fails, a subscription lapses, or a billing provider reports an inactive or cancelled status.

Refunds and exceptions

Unless a separate refund promise is shown at the point of purchase or required by law, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Genuine billing concerns can still be raised for review.

Abuse and misuse of paid features

Premium access must still be used lawfully and in line with platform rules. Abuse, spam, fraud, misleading links, or misuse of business tools may lead to restrictions on account or feature access even where a paid plan exists.
